Profound change can take place when we honestly look at the confusing or the painful, and gently explore connections and insights that result. Pursuing growth is hard, but necessary for health, and I’ll do the work with you.
I practice Relational Talk Therapy and lean heavily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Attachment Theory, based on your individual needs. Most of my work has been with adult individuals facing anxiety, depression, and life changes.
Working in very diverse settings has led me to value working with people of different backgrounds and varied experiences. My goal is to provide you with an environment of safety, warmth, and understanding. I want to learn how you work, and what you value so that together we can identify areas in which you want to grow or work toward changing.
I am familiar with the Enneagram and will happily incorporate related personality insights into work with any clients who are interested.
