My Approach: As a Psychotherapist, I provide an integrated psychotherapeutic interactive approach tailored to your specific therapeutic needs. When I meet with you, together we will explore the challenges you are facing with your mental health and develop strategies and techniques to help you reach your mental health goals in an emotionally safe and confidential environment.
My Specialties: I specialize working with individuals struggling with Anxiety, Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Depression, and navigating daily life as an Autistic Individual (Children-Adults). I have extensive experience in Child and Family Therapy and Parenting Skills Support.
Certificate: I hold a Clinical Social Work with Families Certification from Michigan State University.
My Main Treatment interventions: My toolkit includes Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Relational Therapy, Expressive Art Therapy, Bowen Family Systems, Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Systemic Family Therapy, Neuroscience Psychology-Based Education, and more.
Ages: Children (age 5- up), Adolescents, Young Adults/College Students, and Adults of All Ages.
Please Note: For young children, regular meetings with parent(s)/caregiver(s) are crucial for developing and refining parenting skills tailored to each child and parenting style. As part of my practice, I schedule these parenting sessions regularly without children present. During these sessions, we will focus on your specific parenting needs and discuss confidentiality limits. I will work with your busy schedules and you may use Telehealth for your convenience.
Availability: I’m available Mondays through Thursdays from 9 AM to 6:30 PM, Fridays from 10 AM to 5:30 PM, with extended hours (7 AM-9 PM) for school meetings only.

Payment may be paid with cash, personal check, or credit card and must be rendered at each session.

Cash Clients: Direct Pay Clients may request a Superbill Receipt to submit to your insurance. You will need to contact your insurance to see if you have out-of-network or out-of-pocket benefits. Reimbursement will be determined by your individual healthcare policy at the time of your session(s).
