Specialty & Approach

I offer treatment for those working towards changes that may relate to addiction concerns, career or school transitions, emotion and stress management, and relationship issues. My primary training has been in substance use and mental health treatment contexts, including care for those addressing (the above issues, as well as) eating disorders, overlapping mental health concerns, parenting support, and past trauma. I work from a strengths-based, client-centered perspective and hold a strong trust in people’s capacity for growth and change. Your participation, choices, and preferences within the therapeutic process are prioritized to develop a best-fit approach for your treatment needs.

My background includes training in treatment approaches for women, teens, those addressing dual diagnosis concerns, trauma, eating disorders, and professionals re- entering the workforce (including those associated with the Health Professionals Recovery Program).
