I believe that at the heart of every successful therapeutic interaction is a foundation built on trust and respect. I work alongside you as you work to achieve your goals using a client-centered and strengths-based approach. I strive to provide a genuine empathetic space in which clients feel comfortable to discuss challenges and to explore solutions. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker who enjoys working with individual adults, children and families.

I have experience in addressing depression, anxiety, adjustment to life changes, relationship struggles, parenting challenges, substance use, and grief and loss. I have experience and training in supporting LGBTQ+ adults, as well as LGBTQ+ youth and their caregivers. I am an affirming advocate and ally who uses WPATH standards of care. I am a trauma-informed therapist. I use an integrated approach to personalize each client’s needs, using a variety of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Theory, and Motivational Interviewing.
